You will source and evaluate high-quality lots within the Post-War and Contemporary segment — with a focus on Pop Art and Urban Art, areas in which proven expertise is essential. This role reports to the Head of Secondary Art and is remote-flexible with an immediate start date. **About the team** You will work inside the PostWar & Contemporary Art organization alongside Sales Account Managers and the category leadership team to grow our Post-War & Contemporary offering. The role combines curation, commercial ownership and close collaboration with Sales to run single-seller auctions and strategic category initiatives. The team values ownership, cross-functional delivery and measurable commercial impact. **What you'll do** Source, evaluate and curate high-quality Urban & Pop Art lots across Europe, the Americas and Japan. Produce expert lot descriptions, set public estimates and recommend reserve prices that reflect market realities.Partner with Account Managers to design and deliver single-seller auctions and seller growth plans.Lead valuation and authenticity assessments; own lot pricing and appraisal recommendations.Build and maintain relationships with galleries, artists and dealers; convert leads into regular supply. - Contribute to auction planning and category strategy. **What you'll bring** - A strong track record in Post-War and Contemporary Art, with demonstrable expertise in Urban Art and Pop Art. - Proven experience in gallery management, auction houses, or art dealing, with hands-on appraisal and pricing skills. - A commercial mindset and flexibility to operate across markets and seller types. - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Experience working in online marketplaces or within the art trade ecosystem. **Nice to have** - Prior professional experience in Italy and an established network in the Post-War & Contemporary Art, Urban Art, and/or Pop Art market. - Strong connections with galleries, or collectors within the Urban Art scene. - Multilingual skills, ideally Italian plus another European language. - Experience with marketplace analytics, CRM systems, or other art industry tools supporting expert decision-making. **Why You'll Love Working with Us**: - **Create a Visible Impact** by working at scale in a global organisation that serves millions of customers across 80+ categories.
