**DEMAND PLANNING - Rif. H22454**

**Sede di lavoro: BOLOGNA**

**Il Ruolo**:

La persona ricercata riportando al Direttore della Supply Chain, sarà attiva nell’implementazione e nel coordinamento dei seguenti processi:

- Assicurare la corretta gestione dei piani di business in relazione alla gestione del forecast a breve termine.
- Redigere ed aggiornare i piani previsionali di Vendita.
- Anticipare eventuali criticità di approvvigionamento al fine di implementare azioni correttive finalizzate a soddisfare i requisiti di produzione.
- Effettuare analisi degli scenari a medio/lungo termine in considerazione delle strategie del business e delle risorse finanziarie.
- Confrontarsi periodicamente con i responsabili marketing e sales per verificare ed attuare, se necessario, l’allineamento delle previsioni di vendita con i sales plan e gli obiettivi di business
- Supportare l’implementazione e la gestione del sistema di monitoraggio per i principali KPI del mercato di riferimento
- Effettuare le necessarie valutazione ed analisi post venduto su base settimanale, mensile, basate sulla variabile temporale, cliente, funzionario vendita, per tipo promozioni al cliente o per promozioni di marketing e presentarle ai reparti coinvolti.
- Innalzare il livello del processo nell’area di demand planning grazie all’implementazione di nuovi processi di digitalizzazione.

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia od Ingegneria;
- Pregressa esperienza in attività di Planning e Forecasting nell’ambito Supply Chain maturata in realtà mediamente strutturate
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Esperienza nella gestione dell’attività attraverso i principali software (sap, jd edwards etc )
