Lighting Project Team Leader

**Posizione**:
Italdesign is expanding its engineering activities in automotive Exterior and Interior Lighting field and is looking to hire a Lighting Project Team Leader to join our Lighting Team in Moncalieri.

**Responsibilities**:

- Give clear directions and instructions to both team members (including suppliers and different team components) and stakeholders to enable them carryout their project duties; clarify the duties, roles and functions of team members;
- Encourage contributions and input from team members and other key stakeholders on the project and acknowledge efforts made by team members and reward them accordingly;
- Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to production cost and expenses;
- Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages. Also, acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t effective and implement change of plans;
- Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer;
- Maintain direct and open interaction with managers to make sure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve best offer;
- Interface on a regurlarly all the different stakeholders of the projects;
- Regularly interact and manage suppliers involved in the project checking compliance in terms of timing, performances, cost and validation.

**Requisiti**:
**Key requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience;
- Strong background in Automotive Lighting;
- Experience with Automotive Electric&Electronics car architecture;
- Experience in requirements definition, derivation, construction and management;
- Experience about International Lighting Regulation.
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- High level of autonomy;
- Exhibit good leadership skills by carrying everyone along without bias;
- Good crises management skills to handle pressure from project challenges.

**Preferential requirements**
- Business fluent written and spoken German would be appreciated;
- Be highly focused in order to stick to the objectives and goals of the company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges;
- Good temperament to deal with team members’ shortcomings;
- Exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.
