BORSA ITALIANA - INTERNSHIP, OPERATIONAL CLIENT SUPPORT

Borsa Italiana Spa, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets and now part of the Euronext Group, provides an internship opportunity within the Market Access Team as Operational Client Support.

The Market Access team is responsible for configuration of Market Participant, Software Vendors and Information Vendors. It is required for this role to liaise with customers and colleagues to assure the readiness and conformity of customers accessing to our markets in case of an onboarding process, or in case of changes to our trading platform or new service’s request coming directly from the customer. The Market Access Team is also responsible for the Market Makers/Liquidity Providers configuration

Key Responsibilities
- Configure access of Market Participants on our trading and market data platforms
- Support customers with their development activity on new functionalities implemented within our markets
- Validate Customer or internal enablement/setup requests and liaise with Internal Teams as needed
- Liaise with Network team for network configuration
- Master Degree in Economics or Computer Science or Management Engineering
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong team working attitude
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to cover shifts
