**IT Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Quali sfide vi attendono?**:

- coordinamento delle attività di assistenza IT con la consulenza esterna, garantendo un supporto tecnico continuo e tempestivo per la risoluzione di problematiche hardware e software;
- gestione delle richieste di implementazione ERP provenienti dai diversi dipartimenti aziendali, coordinando l'interazione con il team di consulenti ERP per ottimizzare e personalizzare i flussi aziendali all’interno del Sistema;
- creazione e personalizzazione di dashboard aziendali utilizzando strumenti di Business Intelligence (BI) come Power BI, Tableau o simili, per supportare i manager aziendali nelle decisioni strategiche grazie a report visivi chiari e utili.

**Cosa ci aspettiamo da te?**:

- minimo diploma in ambito informatico;
- esperienza nel ruolo similare, preferibilmente in aziende con sistemi ERP complessi;
- conoscenza dei sistemi ERP (preferibilmente SMEUp o AS400 e/o SAP);
- competenze in BI e reportistica (Power BI, Tableau, ecc., VBA in Excel per reportistica);
- competenze di gestione delle risorse IT e supporto tecnico;
- capacità di comunicare efficacemente con stakeholder aziendali, consulenti esterni e team di sviluppo;
- esperienza nella gestione di progetti e capacità di coordinare più attività contemporaneamente.
