During Spa, Agenzia per il lavoro seleziona per azienda cliente operante nel settore della ristorazione collettiva un restaurant manager
La risorsa selezionata come Direttore di ristorante sarà responsabile della gestione di ogni aspetto dell’attività di ristorazione.
In particolare si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni
gestire la selezione e la formazione del personale e organizzazione del lavoro
assicurare il rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie e di sicurezza sia in sala che in cucina;
monitorare l’andamento economico-finanziario di tutto il locale;
gestire il rapporto con la clientela e intervenire in caso di reclami o richieste particolari del cliente.
Orario di lavoro: Full Time 40 ore settimanali
Contratto: Da definire in sede di colloquio
Sede di lavoro: Chieti
**Requisiti**:
pregressa esperienza come Direttore di ristorante;
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
ottime capacità organizzative;
capacità di leadership e di gestione del personale;
disponibilità a lavorare su turni spezzati (pranzo-cena), nei festivi e nei weekend.
