- You will have the chance to experience and learn by:
- participation in the CE&EE Investment Committees (IC)[1] - it shall provide an insight on hands-on discussion on the biggest deals originated by CE&EE Corporates teams. You should be able to better understand financing products, as well as Bank’s requirements on the credit quality and risk/return of the financing deals.
- having an overview on the Corporates Credit Approval process, from drafting the Credit Application to the final approval in the Credit Committees.
- insight on the corporate communication in CE&EE Corporates, via being engaged into organization of the ICs, strategic projects, and archiving.
- Interaction with other teams, mainly with CE&EE Specialized Lending, Credit Underwriting/Strategy & global PPM.
- [1] CE&EE Investment Committee is a discussion platform which aims at (i) improving the quality of credit decisions (focus on lending products), (ii) improving single deals/portfolio profitability and facilitate cross-selling, (ii) harmonizing the corporates credit process across the legal entities within UniCredit Group.Requisiti
- Following features are recommended:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- English language proficiency. Knowledge of the CEE languages considered as plus.
- Basic understanding of the corporate’s financial reports. Basic knowledge on the credit risk and banking products considered as plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multi-cultural environment.
- Diligence and sensitivity to details.
- It is also required to be an University student attending a Bachelor or a Master for the whole Internship period.
