The CE&EE People & Culture Performance, Reward & Org. Excellence structure is responsible for the management of Compensation & Benefit, HR Planning & Analytics, Organizational Development and the Implementation of Regulations and Policy frameworks for the CE&EE Division, including coordination and steering of the CE&EE Countries.
You will have the chance to be part of a dynamic environment, interacting with colleagues of the CE&EE Division, Countries & Group Functions. Our Team activities are mainly:
- analysis and production of performance management reports on FTEs and HR Costs, highlighting potential risk and opportunities and identifying and monitoring HR costs initiatives
- annual compensation cycle including risk taker identification, bonus pool management and compensation review
- other various projects related to the P&C area (i.e., benchmarking, gender pay gap, organizational development, etc.)
Requisiti
- University student attending a Bachelor or a Master - at least enrolled in the 2nd year of Bachelor
- Excellent academic records
- Fluency in English
- Full-time availability
- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
- Passionate about data management and confidence on managing Microsoft Excel with formula, graphs and pivot
- Confidence on managing PowerPoint and ability to identify key message to be presented
- Proper knowledge of math and statistics indicators is a plus
