People Consultant, Italy, Googler Experience

**Minimum qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc. - Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders. **Preferred qualifications**: - Demonstrated foundation in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies. - Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles. - Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. - Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo. - Excellent communication, problem solving, teamwork and organizational skills. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. **Responsibilities**: - Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions. - Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for Italy via dynamic consultations. - Actively seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from more senior leaders when needed. - Identify key business, market and POps stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-team collaboration. - Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, of Google-wide HR policies and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers, managers and leaders.
