**What do we need from you?**
- A completed apprenticeship or a university degree or comparable;
- Ideally, some experience in customer service or sales-related roles;
- You work independently and are highly motivated to deliver the best possible service;
- You are very determined and have good communication skills;
- You have fluent knowledge of the Italian and English language;
- Bonus: first experience in the field of recruitment or sales
