**Job Description Summary**: Our vision for Medication Delivery Solutions at BD

As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.

About the role

As Business Support Specialist you will support the management and analysis of data and information related to the business performance with a particular focus on strategies related to prices and margins. Your main focus will be carrying out business intelligence analyses, making forecasts of medium-long term trend of the product portfolio, identifying and supervising performance measure relating to the performance of the Business Unit and the efficiency of the commercial network strategic support for the business and management decision-making activities.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Analyze business performance's data.
- Collect, process and analyze data regarding strategies and price trends.
- Creation, updating and management of the BU's tender repository containing the award results and all statistics.
- Manage and verify the data communicated (opportunity, product code, quantity, price, etc.) by the sales team for inclusion in the MIT (Market Intelligence Tracker) system.
- Update and maintain the Territory Management in the SFDC system.
- Provide support regarding the Power BI tool to all users through training activities, preparation of dashboards and customized reports based on needs;
**About you**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering.
- Previous Analyst experience.
- Excel proficient.
- Proficient English.
- CRM savvy.
