Your Role

The Business Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations within the
Food & Beverage division
. This position supports account management by handling customer requests, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining effective communication across teams to deliver outstanding service and business results.

  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring quick and professional responses.
  • Support customer visits, workshops, and meeting preparations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and customer development planning.
  • Prepare offers, support price discussions, and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory) and affiliates to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Manage sample requests, project briefings, and rollout of key initiatives.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as credit limit updates, documentation, and data entry in internal systems.

About You

  • High school diploma or university degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business support or a completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Proven project management skills
    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent in business English
    (spoken and written).
  • Italian proficiency is a must;
    German and/or French are an advantage.
