Sarai Attivamente Partecipe e Potrai Portare Un Contributo Concreto Nei Progetti Di Consulenza Delle Diverse Practice Di Marsh Advisory e Sarai Inoltre Coinvolto In Varie Attività Che Supporteranno Il Controllo Di Gestione e Lo Sviluppo Di Una Solida Pipeline Per La Crescita Dell'azienda
- Analisi e monitoraggio delle performance di vendita delle varie practice di Marsh Advisory
- Predisposizione della reportistica per il Top Management, monitorando la situazione "as is" rispetto agli obiettivi di budget fissati
- Supporto per la definizione e la gestione di budget e forecast
- Supporto per il coordinamento e lo sviluppo del network di Marsh Italia attraverso incontri periodici
- Supporto per lo sviluppo del business commerciale effettuando i primi incontri con i potenziali clienti
Requisiti
- Laurea magistrale in Economia
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Power Point)
- Approccio analitico e al problem solving
- Proattività, ambizione, spiccate competenze organizzative, comunicative e relazionali completano il profilo
