Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced
Business Development Manager
to join our Milan team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for BlockTechBrew in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business and client acquisition opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare sales proposals and pitch presentations
  • Work collaboratively with technical and project teams
  • Represent BlockTechBrew at conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Achieve business growth and revenue targets

Qualifications:

Business Development & Sales experience (lead gen, negotiation, closing)

Strong background in market research and strategic planning

Knowledge of Blockchain, Metaverse, Web3, Smart Contracts

Proven record of meeting or exceeding business targets

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Prior experience in tech or blockchain sales is highly preferred
