La figura di BD Clerk supporterà il dipartimento di Business Development nelle attività quotidiane legate all'espansione dei punti vendita MINISO in Italia, alla gestione documentale immobiliare e alle operazioni amministrative del reparto.
È una posizione adatta a persone precise, organizzate e motivate a crescere nel settore Retail Development e Real Estate in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.
Responsabilità Principali
- Raccogliere e organizzare la documentazione relativa a nuove aperture e progetti immobiliari.
- Supportare nella preparazione di report, analisi e presentazioni destinate alla Direzione.
- Gestire le comunicazioni operative con agenzie immobiliari, property manager, fornitori e team interni.
- Collaborare nelle analisi di mercato e nella raccolta di informazioni sulle potenziali location.
- Mantenere aggiornati i file, gli archivi e le scadenze del reparto garantendo ordine e precisione.
Requisiti Minimi
- Laurea triennale.
- Conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese a livello minimo B2.
- Ottima padronanza di Word, Excel e PowerPoint.
- Precisione, affidabilità e forte motivazione all'apprendimento.
- Capacità di comunicare con interlocutori diversi e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
