The Configuration Manager directs overall responsibilities related to compressors and radial expanders product configurations and system management, covering the whole Baker Hughes related projects and products’ portfolio.

As a Compressor & Expanders Configuration Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Providing leadership and technical direction for Radial Compressor & Expanders product configurations, including bearings and shaft line configurations within Compressors and Radial Expanders (CREE)
- Leading the Team to provide product expertise, aiming to achieve quality excellence, optimizing budget allocation, resources availability, and ensuring flawless execution and requisition productivity, complying to business priorities, operations’ KPI and customers’ requirements
- Leading the collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to investigate and solve industrialization gaps and help reaching product and project target costs.
- Working with other Departments to keep integrated and updated all requisition engineering models and product configurations related to the Compressors and Expanders products.
- Contributing to meet company sustainability targets with product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), product cost and lead time reduction related initiatives
- Inspiring the broader Team to take risks on new challenges, as per Customer's expectations and business priorities. Promoting Cultural Transformation and BH Values, in terms of Customer’s centricity, Diversity and Inclusion and people development

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor/Master Degree from accredited university or college;
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English (EU work permit)
- Have experience in Product Lifecycle Management
- Have experience in Product Configuration Change management
- Have the ability to lead and execute programs/projects.
- Have experience in cross-functional teamwork and ability to work closely with multiple functions
