**About the Role**: We are looking for a driven **Undergraduate Admissions Advisor** to join our growing team in Rome. In this role, you will inspire ambitious young students from around the world to invest in their future, guiding them through the decision to pursue one of our Bachelor’s programs. You would be combining consultative advising with performance-driven sales, playing the key role in RBS continued national and international growth.
You will be the first point of contact for potential students, helping them understand how our programs can kick-start their careers, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a goal-oriented role focused on sales and customer acquisition, ideal for individuals with experience in B2C sales or recruitment who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
**Start Date**: Monday, October 27th, 2025
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage proactively with prospective students at times that suit their schedules;
- Lead high-impact video consultations that highlight how and why RBS programs transform careers;
- Guide students confidently through each step of the enrollment process, from first call to final commitment;
- Overcome objections with empathy and solutions, ensuring students and their families feel supported while meeting deadlines;
- Work collaboratively with teammates and your direct manager to consistently hit and exceed ambitious enrollment targets.
**Skills & Experience**:
- You are a persuasive communicator with the ability to inspire and influence decisions;
- You have a proven track record in B2C sales, inside sales, or education recruitment;
- You thrive under pressure, with resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment;
- You are motivated by ambitious goals and energized by exceeding them.
**Language Requirements**:
- **English**: Minimum C1 level

- **You must speak one of the following**: Italian, Arabic, Turkish, French
**What We Offer**:
- **Location**: Our office is based in Prati, Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM.
- **Working Hours**: Flexible, mainly between 10am to 7pm
- **Hybrid Work Policy**: After a 3-month trial period, enjoy 2 days of remote work per week based on performance from the previous month.
- **Compensation**: Base salary plus monthly bonuses
- Base salary: 17.940€, per year before tax
- Additional uncapped monthly bonuses with average earning of 23.060€ per year (high performers earn significantly more)
- Total average annual earnings: 40.000€ before tax, with no cap on bonuses
- **Contract**: 6-month contract to start
- **Renewal**: Based on performance
- **Type**: CCNL ANINSEI LIVELLO III
