Communication and Press Office Specialist

**Posizione**:
We are looking for a willing Communication Specialist to support the Financial and Corporate communication department to manage our company communication, with a main focus on press releases. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf.

**Task and duties**:

- Drafting content for all press releases and materials for journalists, investors, top management, business and stakeholders;
- Liaising with our external press office and our internal Investor Relations dept to understand the most effective way to communicate our results and awards;
- Monitoring our press coverage and manage the relation with our Press Office and Journalists from the energy and e-mobility sectors
- Supporting also the Corporate Communication Dept in the creation of the copy for multimedia contents (website, videos, images, renders);
- Collaborating in the development of effective communication strategies through: identification of recipients, monitoring competitors’ communication strategies, monitoring the company’s communication results (media coverage, Google analytics, social media impressions)
- Managing of the Department’s Repository for press articles

**Requisiti**:

- Your background Degree in communication, literature, foreign languages, political science or a related field Experience as communication specialist Experience in copywriting and editing
- Your skills Working knowledge of MS Office; Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Excellent grammar, composition, and proofreading skills Proficient and confident use of the English language, you will need to write all communications in English Proficient command of French Outstanding capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Willing to work from the office and travel sometimes
