Per prestigiosa azienda veneta, in grado di generare soluzioni altamente specializzate per i mercati dell’Energia e del Gas, stiamo ricercando un Product Manager con esperienza nel ruolo.
La persona prescelta dovrà garantire l’implementazione e lo sviluppo di sistemi informativi a supporto della gestione dei processi CRM in ambito Energy and Utilities._ _Fungerà da riferimento tecnico e funzionale per i clienti, dislocati sull’intero territorio nazionale, programmando, attuando e ottimizzando un’efficace strategia di prodotto. Avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team interno di product management, composto da Product Owner, Business Analysts e Solution Specialist, occupandosi della pianificazione e quantificazione temporale delle attività. Sovrintenderà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget, sia in termini di ricavi che di margine di contribuzione.
Principali attività e competenze:
- Analisi dei processi organizzativi delle aziende clienti, settore utilities, sia lato vendita che distribuzione
- Modellazione dei piani di business dal “As-Is” al “To-Be”
- Valutazioni tecniche ed economiche a supporto di progettazione e pre-sales
- Proposta di soluzioni software customizzate in recepimento delle delibere normative
- Approvazione analisi funzionali/tecniche e parametrizzazione del sistema gestionale
- Assistenza, formazione e supporto agli user test e gestione fase di go-live
- Verifica dell’implementazione del software e Controllo della qualità dei deliverables di progetto prodotti
- Gestione di eventuali segnalazioni e/o problematiche degli utenti finali
Sede di lavoro: Firenze
Previsto contratto a tempo indeterminato a condizioni realmente soddisfacenti e incentivanti con Ral adeguata al ruolo.
