**Your mission**
As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will lead our operations facilitating fiat and crypto payments and associated risk investigations.

**What you'll do**
- Create and execute processes for both fiat and crypto payments on the platform, assisting with any payments which fail straight-through-processing
- Monitor banking, credit card and crypto transactions in order to detect suspicious behaviours of business and institutional clients
- Take ownership of Risk or Fraud investigations for payment transactions that require in-depth analysis
- Escalate Risk or Fraud investigations to compliance for payment transactions where necessary
- Monitor our system in order to raise operational issues
- Provide input and feedback towards system and processes improvements
- Grant operational internal & external support

**Who are you**
- At least 3 years of experience working for a fintech company in payments or risk department positions
- Knowledge of Risk/Fraud prevention as well as Payment schemes
- Strong data analysis skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and BI-Tools is a big plus
- Good understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology (previous professional experience in the area is a strong plus)
- Great team player, able to work in a pressurised and changing environment
- High level of flexibility in order to ensure operational continuity
- Willingness to work in weekly rotating shifts (regular hours & afternoon shift)
