- Reporting to the E-Commerce Payment Specialist, the E-Commerce Payment Jr Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments related analysis, in order to comply with all the payments and fraud regulations and, at the same time, identify the best solutions to optimize approval rate reducing declines.- The role supports order processing, as well as end-to-end payments with the objective of providing best in class service to all our clients, representative of Prada Group’s luxury brand standards.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and monitor Payments Platforms’ configurations and for all the Prada ecommerce websites
- Analyze transactional data to identify trend, pattern and scenarios related to payments and fraud for all Prada multichannel sales
- Generate regular reports on payment and fraud processes
- Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present findings effectively
- Propose to management improvements based on the data findings
- Monitor Chargeback rate and how there are reflected on anti-fraud platform’s invoice

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Degree in Statics, Mathematics, Engineering- Analytics skills (excel, other)- Experience in payments platforms and anti-fradu background, at least 2 years in similar roles- Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource and Riskified System is a plus- Project Management skills, including strong planning and execution skills- International experience and strong cultural sensitivity- Fluency in English- Knowledge of other languages is appreciated- Proactive approach and critical thinking- Creative problem solver
