" Linear, **Compagnia diretta del Gruppo Unipol **, attiva dal 1996 e specializzata nell'offerta di prodotti assicurativi, è attualmente alla ricerca di un **Customer Experience Expert** da inserire nel contesto dell’ **Area Marketing **, con l’obiettivo d individuare, a seguito dell’analisi dei feedback dei clienti, aree di miglioramento per la Customer Experience ed identificare opportunità di sviluppo strategie innovative per aumentare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei clienti. Nel dettaglio, alla risorsa, saranno assegnate le seguenti attività: - Analizzare i feedback dei clienti tramite survey NPS, Trustpilot, Google My Business, Facebook, utilizzando anche piattaforme di mercato (es. Medallia) - Individuare azioni di miglioramento e sviluppare strategie di CX innovative - Presentare dati ad altre funzioni aziendali - Mappare richieste ed interventi generati dall’ascolto della Voice of Customer - Collaborare, come referente operativo, insieme al partner, al progetto di introduzione della nuova piattaforma dedicata alla Customer Experience. REQUISITI - Laurea triennale in ambito economico/marketing - Competenze e - commerce, esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ambito digital - Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto office (Word, Excel, Power Point), intelligenza artificiale, machine learning - Capacità analitiche e attitudine al problem solving Completano il profilo: orientamento al cliente e al risultato, autonomia, proattività, iniziativa, senso di responsabilità, innovazione.
