We are seeking for a highly motivated and detailed oriented Product Counsel to join our legal team. Reporting to the Senior Product & Privacy Counsel, you’ll provide legal support across a range of health-tech products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to help product development and deployment strategies. Strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
Legal Guidance**:Provide proactive legal advice on a variety of issues related to product development and deployment, including regulatory compliance, data protection regulations, and health regulations.
- ** Project Management**:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of legal support for product launches and updates.
- ** Privacy & Data Protection**:Support the Privacy Counsels to draft Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new product launches or features.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective legal solutions
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and work with the Senior Product Counsel to develop corrective action plans. Assist with internal audits related to product compliance.
- ** Continuous Learning & Research**:Stay informed of the evolving legal landscape in the EU health, AI and Privacy that affect product. Share learnings and insights with the legal team and other relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- **
Legal Expertise**:1-3 years working in a similar role in the tech sector Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data protection (especially GDPR), and health regulations, with the ability to provide proactive legal advice.
- ** Project Management Skills**:Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of legal support for product launches and updates.
- ** Communication and Stakeholder Management**:Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations.
- ** Analytical and Risk Management Abilities**:Ability to identify compliance vulnerabilities and risks, and collaborate on developing corrective action plans.
- ** Continuous Learning and Research**:Keen interest in staying updated on the evolving legal landscape in the EU, particularly in health-tech, AI, and privacy, and effectively communicating these insights to the team.
