Tyvak International, a Terran Orbital company, is seeking a motivated **Product Assurance / Quality Assurance Officer - protected categories (L. 68/99)**. You will become part of a growing Quality and Product Assurance team, a collaborative team to develop innovative nano-satellite vehicle solutions for multiple projects, ensuring a high-quality level of the spacecrafts. The individual will be responsible for managing the PA topics and issues during the full program lifecycle, starting from design to in-orbit operations. PA role will work at close contact with the programs’ technical team and Program Manager, in a fast-paced environment for both active Programs and Proposals.
**Specific tasks may include**:
- Support and oversight Assembly, Integration and Test activities
- Preparing, implementing, and guide quality assurance policies and procedures
- Tailoring of the ECSS-Q based on the mission-specific objectives and requirements
- Oversight of PA processes implementation in Program’s activities
- Management of Non-conformances and Quality documentations
- Preparation of PA/QA documentation for program reviews (Declared Lists, Non conformance reports, dedicated Mission Specific PA Plans, etc.)
- Continuous improvement of Design, Assembly and Quality Processes
- Guide the selection and evaluation of the suppliers according to the required standards
- Working in a small team environment closely with hardware, software, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure effective and efficient processes
- Additional duties on quality matter may be assigned as needed.

**Requirements**:
- ** Belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99) is mandatory**:
- Degree in engineering is preferable
- 0-3 years of working experience as PA/QA engineer or officer
- Proficient use of written and oral English language
- Knowledge of Quality Management System and process design
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Previous working experience in the aerospace business and / or knowledge of the ECSS-Q standards and Quality Standards (AS/EN9100, ISO31011, etc) is considered a plus
- Familiarity with spacecraft and/or launch vehicle control systems. Small satellite or CubeSat experience
**Desirable requirements**
- Good communications skills and teamwork spirit
- Familiarity with standard industrial quality control tools, or Atlassian suite is a plus
