**HR **Sustainability Specialist**

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join the Sustainability team, directly reporting to the head of the function. The sustainability specialist position is located in the Corporate Human resources HS&E department.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordination and deployment of new reporting, disclosures of new processes at global level, as per relevant regulations and international standards require (e.g. GRI Standards) and motherhouse require.
- Monitor and analyze Group’s ESG data and information, related to both business and materials/products purchased, for reporting
- Duly and timely fill and update relevant ratings and indexes as requested (e.g. Ecovadis, etc.), also liaising with relevant functions
- Collection and analysis of internal & external stakeholders' inquiries, with duly and timely contribution to address such inquiries as requested, also through presentations/documentation elaboration
- Definitely contribute in the preparation of the annual financial sustainability report
- Global monitoring and analysis of regulations and standards, best practices, etc. in order to anticipate any risk and opportunity
- Contribute to the definition of presentations and communication disclosures as requested, also liaising with compliance department and related functions as needed
- Coordination of HS&E activities for Sews Cabind Italy

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Understanding of sustainability issues in the automotive industry
- Comfort with data analysis and supporting software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- High work-ethics, discretion and confidentiality
- Attitude and ability to work within an international and inter-functional team;
- Results oriented, strong problem-solving skills, good teamwork and cooperation attitude.
- University degree with specialization in Sustainability Field as a plus
- Fluent Italian and English as a must, other languages a plus
- Availability to travel
