**Your responsibilities**:
As the erection and commissioning hub supervisor (Green Hydrogen & Chlor-Alkali), you will be responsible for supporting the build-up the of the hub with your technical expertise, from its concept to its full operation. The main focus of the activity will be to enable the erection and commissioning of our Green Hydrogen modules, and conduction of on-site service for balance of plant and our Chlor-Alkali business. You will be initially responsible for supporting the technical conceptualization of the hub with technical content work and later responsible for supervisory activities of erection, commissioning and on-site service in our electrolyser modules

**Responsibilities**
- Support Head of erection, commissioning and on-site service hub with the build-up of the organization (e.g. scope of hub activities, required capabilities,);
- Support and ensure hire of correct and qualified organizational team from technical perspective;
- Create technical documents, manuals and execution concepts for erection, commissioning and service for green hydrogen plants on large scale;
- Create training program and documents for operational staff;
- Support continuously improvement of erection and commissioning supervisory processes within the hub and its documentation;
- Monitor the erection and commissioning activities of electrolysis plants (e.g. erection of equipment, skids, package units and piping) in accordance to defined engineering documentation based on 3D model;
- Ensure the correct interpretation of the engineering drawings and provided procedures;
- Coordinate vendor specialists and check installations and supplied good/services are in conformance with contractual requirements;
- Check the working progress and establish with the customer the program for the completion of the activities;
- Report daily to the Head of ECH being responsible for escalating impediments, troubleshooting and ensuring timely delivery of contractual obligations;
- In case of EPC contracts - the supervisor should be able to take over site management responsibilities;
- Ensure overall information transfer, e.g. reporting, key dates / milestones and negotiations with subcontractors;
- Cooperate with Contract & Claim Management and Site Manager;
- Resolve technical, safety or quality disputes onsite.

**Your profile**:

- Strong Mechanical and Chemical background;
- 3-5 years of specific experience as Mechanical Supervisors/Site Manager/erection manager in engineering companies operating in the chemical industry (electrolysis experience is a plus);
- Fluent in English (German and other European languages are a plus);
- Availability to travel and prolonged stay out of Europe at plant site;
- High attention to HSE topics and procedures;
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to interact with other cultures, flexibility, spirit of collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Capability to manage stressful situations;
- Knowledge of the IT tools: MS Office, Design softwares (i.e. Autocad, Naviswork).
