The _Quality _Compliance _Specialist _is _responsible _for _supporting _the _developing_, _implementing and _monitoring _the _manufacturing _site's _quality _systems _and _regulatory _compliance_. _This _role _is _expected _to _understand _and _influence _the _implementation _of _all _plant_, _company _and _government _standards _for _Food Safety_, _HACCP_, _GMPs _and _regulatory _initiatives_. _This _position _will _support _continuous _quality _improvement _in _the _site _by _assisting _in _the _execution _of _internal _audit_, _management _of _change_, _corrective _& _preventive _action_, _customer _complaint _reporting_, _validation _and _calibration _programs _to _improve _food _safety_, _regulatory _& _cGMP _compliance _at _the _site_. _This _position _assist _in _delivering _Hill's _quality _training _of SOPs _and _Quality _Standards _to _the _site _and _ensure _proper _communication _to _site _personnel_

**_ Key responsibilities include_**_:_**
- Supporting the implementation of quality and food safety systems.
- Assessing compliance against internal standards and closing identified gaps.
- Maintaining documentation management systems.
- Supporting the product release process.
- Supporting the closure and verification of audit findings.
- Executing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Internal Audit, Management of Change (MOC), customer complaint, validation, and calibration programs.
- Leading on-floor internal audit programs and tracking KPIs.
- Managing customer complaint issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Facilitating quality trainings and sharing best practices.

Educational and skills background:_**
- Food Technology degree or realted field.
- Preferred qualifications include English speaking proficiency
- 3/5 years of experience in a food/ pet food manufacturing environment.
- The position requires strong project management, communication, and critical thinking skills, as well as knowledge of HACCP, cGMPs, and SPC.
