**About team.blue**

**The role**

Reports to Planning & Control manager of Southern Europe Region of the Group, and plays a key role on the following activities:

- Business Controlling for all the companies of the Region
- Budget, Forecast and Reporting and related analysis of deviations up to Ebitda and investments
- Monthly reporting of P&L by Country (Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Greece and Turkey), included the definition of period assessments
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for monthly reporting
- Supporting the Business on the analysis of revenues, product costs and investments
- Balance sheet analysis and dealing with Auditors
- Analysis of _Key Performance Indicators_ and identification of corrective actions
- Support the Country Managers on economic-financial analysis and on margins
- Collaboration with the Legal Department for the drafting and verification of contracts
- Support to extraordinary activities (Merger & Acquisition)

**Requirements**:

- BS in Economics; a Master in Planning and Control is a plus
- Min 4 years experience in the role, better if in international and dynamic contexts
- Knowledge of Windows Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP (CO, FI, MM)
- Knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase software is a desirable requirement
- English fluency is a must
