**SHOES AND SNEAKERS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SCANDICCI**

**About**:

- Luxury Couture brand
- Attention to details, quality design and real craftsmanship
- Value of excellence, heritage and traditions

**Responsibilities**:

- You will follow the entire development process of shoes and sneakers categories, from the first input of the design studio to the industrialization part
- Being able to work closely with the Design Studio and Merchandising office, as well as different external manufacturers, to produce requested samples on time for the showroom
- Making sure you are able to follow up all phases of the development process, being strong in coordinating them and able to maintain the time
- You will be managing a team of 3 people

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years' experience of sneakers and shoes development process, as a manager
- Multi-tasking, strong organisational skills, strict and precise, empathic and able to maintain a strong and healthy relationships with coworkers, external manufacturers, and Design Studio
- Needs to be adaptable as well as a strong decision maker, problem solving attitude
- Fluent in English, French can be a good plus

**Offering**:

- Salary up to €70K, depending on experience
