As a Marketing Trainee, you will support the Senior Brand Manager on all the activities related to the implementation of Communication campaigns, Promotional activities and Sell-Out Data analysis, for the brands assigned in the short and long term.

In this role, a typical day will include:

- Analyze sell-out market data regarding Alcon performance and competitors: market share reporting each month
- Work on creative assets for in store marketing activations with the support of the creative agencies
- Support the Senior Brand Manager to deliver communication plan across all touch points (ATL/BTL) working on adapting the assets from International Marketing team to local needs.
- Work in close partnership with other internal Departments, the International Team and the External Agencies (Media, Creative, Research).
- Manage the Bureaucracy of Minister of Health procedures and validation

All the above tasks will be performed supporting the Senior Brand Manager and the wider team. You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- University degree (in Marketing, Economy or Business)
- Master’s in marketing and communication, as a nice to have
- At least 6 months experience in marketing or brand management in FMCG multinational company
- Experience in analyzing Sell-Out data (IQVIA, Nielsen )
- Good Microsoft-office skills (Excel and Power-point are a must)
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Collaboration and team-work mindset
- Open minded and flexible attitude
- Fluent Italian and English
