Multidisciplinary Operations Intern (Pre-Summer Placement)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized intern to support the Head of Security across a wide range of operational functions and planning needs in the lead-up to the summer break. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to high-level event operations, cross-functional coordination, and deadline-driven project delivery.
**Why this role matters**:
With multiple time-sensitive initiatives converging, the intern will play a key role in helping prioritize tasks, track milestones, and support execution across procurement, vendor identification, and operational planning. This position offers a fast-paced learning environment with hands-on involvement in preparations for a major international event.
**What we are looking for**:
- Fluent English - written and spoken - is essential for internal and external communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure
- Interest in operations, event planning, procurement, or legal processes
- Ability to quickly grasp new tools, tasks, and context
- A discreet, dependable presence with strong professional ethics
- Legally authorized to work with procurement-related tasks
