The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) will work with global clients and agencies, based in Italy and across the whole EMEA region, and is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. You should have a deep passion for technology, data, Meta products and the overall marketing and advertising ecosystem.This role will be located at our office in Milan, Italy.

**Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities**:

- Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners
- Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
- Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
- Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
- Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to manage complex work streams
- Management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
- Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English and Italian
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
- Experience in problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystem
- Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with mínimal direction with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
- Curiosity and hunger to learn
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for client and agency meetings
- Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with the evolving ad tech ecosystem is a plus
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
- Experience as a user of Meta's products and advanced knowledge of Meta's advertising solutions
- Experienced working directly with advertisers focused on lead generation and omni-channel marketing and sales
