**Position Snapshot**
- Nespresso Italy, Milan (Assago) Head Quarter
- Permanent Contract
- Degree qualified in Food Technology or related field of study
- Around 2 years' experience as a Quality Specialist, preferably in HACCP & Food Contact
- Fluent English and Italian

**Position Summary**

In this role you will have the responsibility of the Quality of the products delivered in the market, being the main point of contact for quality, compliance and certification topics, in alignment with HQ Quality team and working with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be able to put in place outstanding service solutions and to boost quality for our customers by creating valuable processes. You will be in direct contact with service partners and internal stakeholders, leading projects in order to improve after sales service and customer experience.

**A day in the life of a Food Contact - Quality Specialist**
- Quality Champion for Nespresso (food, machines and accessories)
- Responsible of Quality Management System
- Identify food safety hazards and quality deviations and work to reduce risk and non-conformances
- Provide support to Category/Market/Businesses to resolve/manage quality/food safety issues
- Ensure compliance to standards for relabelling and stickered products
- Be the link on Quality to Regulatory team, Marketing and HQ
- Conduct Warehouse and Service Partner audits
- Manage Service Level and performances of After Sales Third Parties
- Technical and quality budget & forecast creation, monitoring and update
- Support decision making by setting and updating high-end KPIs and quality metrics

**What Will Make You Successful**
- Around 2 years working experience in Quality in multinational companies
- Degree qualified in Food Technology or related field of study
- Be self-motivated, proactive and have a proven capacity to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality
- Able to work under pressure and set priorities
- Customer centric and innovative and can-do mindset
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Passionate about working for Nestlé and sharing its purpose
- Fluent in English and Italian
