**Responsabilità e attività**
- Coordinare le procedure e i sistemi amministrativi tra i reparti e ideare modalità per snellire i processi
- Valutare le prestazioni del personale, fornire coaching e instradare il personale alla massima efficienza
- Gestire orari e scadenze
- Monitorare i costi e le spese per aiutare nella preparazione del budget
- Verificare e garantire che le operazioni rispettino le politiche e le normative vigenti.

**Il profilo ricercato**
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Comprovata esperienza da più di 3 anni come Operation Manager
- Conoscenza approfondita delle procedure di gestione dell'ufficio e delle politiche dipartimentali e legali
- Background ingegneristico
- Forte competenza con il pacchetto MS Office
