**Job Summary**:
**Global System Issue Analyst**

Are you passionate about customers, quality, and continuous improvements? Then the position of Global System Issue Analyst within Global System Issue Analysis team is the next step for you.
The Global System Issue Analysis team within Development and Technology works together with Markets and central organizations, to analyze customer issues and ensure the right problem understanding and prioritization to trigger product life cycle projects.
You will work in a diverse and international team, located in Lund and Modena, where You will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the team capabilities, and build a global network. You will report to the Manager Global System Issue Analysis.
This role relies on leading the consolidation of all data, to foster fact-based decision-making, through effective communication. In this role you represent markets and customers for their prioritized issues; you are their voice within Design and Supplier departments, ensuring full understanding of the customer situations and what is required to close quality gaps.

The position will be based in Modena

**What you will do**:
With Global System Issue Analyst you will:

- Select, analyze and structure quality issues securing Data Quality and address them with the right prioritization to submit the need of Corrective Actions
- Perform technical investigation to understand quality gaps, run root cause analysis, and support Problem Solving methodology across the company
- Proactively track issue status and progress of resolution on issues and lead Communication flow Markets related to prioritized issues
- Support quality discussions in activities related to new products deployment
- Prepare analysis and inputs to relevant quality forums
- Support management of major claims
- Propose/drive issue resolution improvement activities

**We believe you have**:

- Master or Bachelor of Engineering or similar.
- Quality and Project Management experiences will be appreciated
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
- As a person you have a strong focus on quality, you are structured and precise.
- You are analytical and well organised; you can operate in a complex international environment.
- You can work in cross functional teams, have excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- You are agile and can adapt to frequent changes.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have good data analysis capabilities
