**RIF. 3425: ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST - SEDE di LAVORO: Roma**

**Principali contenuti della posizione**:

- Verificare la correttezza delle principali poste di contabilità generale;
- Sviluppare analisi economico-finanziaria e modelli predittivi sull’andamento del pacchetto prodotti assegnati elaborando e tenendo aggiornati i relativi sistemi di planning e reporting;
- Elaborare e compiere analisi sul cash forecast (cash in e cash out) ;
- Analizzare i risultati finanziari e operativi per comprendere meglio le performance aziendali: analisi crediti/debiti, pagamenti e incassi, etc.;
- Contribuire all’elaborazione del bilancio civilistico e dello Stato Patrimoniale di periodo, annuale e predittivo (forecast balansheet) e alla stesura delle note di relazione al bilancio;
- Elaborare modelli finanziari per proiettare la crescita a lungo termine e determinare i fattori di business che hanno un impatto rilevante sul business;
- Effettuare valutazioni sul capitale circolante;
- Predisporre business plan ad hoc.
- Mantenere costante il dialogo con le strutture all’estero (HQ principali branch europee).

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma di Laurea in Economia con brillante votazione
- Esperienza di 2/4 anni in analoga posizione all’interno di aziende del FMCG o in contesti similari caratterizzati da un elevato dinamismo
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Gradita conoscenza di SAP e di BPC
- Eccellenti capacità analitiche
- Accuratezza e orientamento al risultato nel rispetto di scadenze, anche ravvicinate
- Ottime doti relazionali e di mediazione, di comunicazione e capacità di lavorare con team multi-divisionali
- Problem Solving
- Flessibilità e indole proattiva.
