This position will help and support the sales team and assist the sales operations manager and VP of sales EMEA with reporting and sales operations issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate data review and report and develop sales strategies; Review and analyze sales data to discover areas that need improvement; Define company sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth
- Manage overarching perspective of the company’s sales strategies, departmental structure and overall revenue growth
- Manage sales processes and identify emerging market opportunities
- Manage successfully the sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain the high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
- Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
- Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported

**Requirements and Skills**:

- University degree or equivalent proven working experience
- Basic/ standard knowledge of Salesforce
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with reporting and process management and effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to make difficult decisions and able to use good judgment within scope of authority
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface with employees and the management team
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and follow through on all assignments/ projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
