**Strategy & Financial Planning Analyst**

- You will have the opportunity to join a growing, challenging and entrepreneurial team where you will structure and manage high-impact strategic projects and analyze the financial performance of the business unit. You will have constant exposure with colleagues from Marsh Advisory and other teams (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Sales) from several different Regions (EMEA, Asia-PAC, and Latin America). _

**We will count on you to**:

- Financial Planning:_
- _ Support management decision-making process by preparing monthly report on business activity_
- _ Manage strategic projects with the aim of increasing profitability, solving business issues or standardizing the activity across different regions_
- _ Support regional leaders during the budget definition process and P&L activities in general_
- _ Create documents and presentations for internal meetings _
- _Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude _
- Project Management: _
- _Assist Cyber Risk Leaders and ESG Leaders on developing business strategies to growth the top and the bottom line_
- _ Define needs and implement activities on Talent Management (Mobility Program, Connectivity, Training), with focus on Growth, Engagement and Development for the 6 Regions part of Marsh Advisory International._

**What you need to have**:

- _ Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering _
- _At least 1 year of experience as a consultant or an analyst in banking or insurance_
- _ Highly proficient in spoken and written English_
- _ Extensive knowledge of Ms Office_
