- The trainee will be inserted in the marketing area where he/she will support the Brand Manager in achieving the objectives assigned to the brand. He/she will be immediately involved in the identification of business opportunities through the analysis of performance through market data; He/she will collaborate in the development of the creative brief to be submitted to the agencies and in the design of mechanics and promotional materials, second display and communication for the stores. The trainee will also support the brand manager in the realization of innovation and communication projects, from the analysis of market research on the consumer to the launch of new products or the development of digital campaigns; He/she will also have visibility of the media plan, from the definition of objectives to the tracking of results.**REQUIREMENTS**:
- MSc Degree in Economics
- Fluency inEnglish (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects
