VIE CIB FINANCIAL ANALYST, DEBT MARKETS EMEA - MILAN, M/F (NUMÉRO DE L'EMPLOI : V_CIBGB_0118) **VIE CIB Financial Analyst, Debt Markets EMEA - Milan, M/F** **Your daily routine ?** You will support the team in preparing marketing and transaction pitches, deal execution and portfolio monitoring. You will run financial models, complete financial and credit analysis, sector research, write credit papers, internal reports and you will learn to structure Debt Markets transactions and to monitor them throughout the life of the financing. This requires strong quantitative and reasoning skills. You will be expected to participate in different deal teams and work on several transactions in parallel. **The working environment is important ** You will be joining the Structuring and Execution Group team based in Milan as VIE and report to the local Structuring & Execution Group coordinator. The Structuring & Execution Group is a central component of Debt Markets supporting senior originators across a wide range of debt products. Within BNP Paribas’ CIB division, the Debt Markets EMEA gathers a group of 200+ loan (structured and vanilla) and bond (high grade and high yield) professionals located in London, Paris, Milan, Frankfurt, Brussels, Madrid and Lisbon, covering the bank’s core clients in Europe across all economic sectors. Debt Markets EMEA consists of three main teams: (i) Leveraged Finance Capital Markets (LFCM), (ii) Loan Capital Markets (LCM), and (iii) Investment Grade DCM. The LFCM team is responsible for the origination, structuring, underwriting, execution and monitoring, maintenance of LBO and Corporate Leveraged financings (LFCM). The Milan Debt Markets team combines 20+ professionals, covering clients in Italy. **The next steps ?** This experience will allow you to acquire the fundementals of the credit, bond market. In particular you will develop the skills necessary for the structuring, execution and portfolio management of both High Yield and Investment Grade transactions. You will also acquire financial modelling, credit analysis and risk management skills. In terms of soft skills, you will improve your organization skills and management of relationship with variuous stakeholders (internal and external). You have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included) in corporate banking or another structured finance business line, preferably within a financing institution.
