VIE CIB GLOBAL MARKETS, CROSS ASSET DERIVATIVES STRUCTURING ASSISTANT - MILAN, M/W (NUMÉRO DE L'EMPLOI : V_CIBGM_0053) **VIE CIB Global Markets, Cross Asset Derivatives Structuring Assistant - Milan, M/W** **Your daily routine ?** The Cross Asset Structuring Team is responsible for pricing and structuring complex derivatives involving several asset classes, including equities, credit, commodities and rates. As a Cross Asset Derivatives Structuring Assistant, you will need to support the Seniors Structurers in their role. To do so, you will use the bank's proprietary pricing models and a set of pricing tools. You will be asked to support the marketing efforts through product design: pricing, back-testing. You will create innovative products suited to market conditions and client needs. You will interact closely with Sales to understand client needs and Trading to determine the pricing parameter for each product. You will familiarise yourself with the bank's models, and master the pricing tools. You will understand as many structured products as possible, more or less standardized. You will respect the processes put in place to limit operational risk, respond in good time to requests for prices sent by Sales. You will improve the IT tools of the team's daily life. **The working environment is important ** You will join the Global Markets Structuring Products team, made up of 15 senior structurers, across Paris, London and Milan, covering all asset classes for the EMEA region. The team is a GMS (Global Markets Structuring) entity, which is key to the management of the structured products business, in which BNP Paribas is a European leader. You will be part of the structuring team in the Milan office, based in our flagship 27 story tall building in the centre of Milan. The office is also very conveniently located next to the main train station connecting Milan to the rest of Italy and Europe. From the office, there is also an amazing view of the all city as we are on the 23rd floor, making it one of the most desirable location in Milan. **The next steps?** BNP Paribas structuring teams are deemed the most technical and demanding in the market.
