VIE CIB EQUITY DERIVATIVES INSTITUTIONAL SALES, SOUTHERN EUROPE - MILAN, M/W (NUMÉRO DE L'EMPLOI : V_CIBGM_0051) **VIE CIB Equity Derivatives Institutional Sales, Southern Europe - Milan, M/W** **Your daily routine ?** You will work with the Southern European Sales team to service the main institutions in the region. You will work closely with insurance companies, asset managers, banks, and pension funds. You will know their organizations and get to know better how these institutions work and what are their needs are. You will help the Sales team to improve the BNP Paribas franchise in the Southern European region, to provide bespoke and innovative solutions to the BNP Paribas' clients. You will also work with the team to increase the market share of our THEAM fund range in the region. No working day will be the same, everyday there will be a new challenge to improve the BNP Paribas franchise and fulfill the needs of our stakeholders. **The working environment is important ** You will join a team composed of dedicated sales specialists with a 10-year experience in the industry. The team is responsible for the sales of equity products in any shape and THEAM funds to Institutional clients. The team is part of the bigger BNP Paribas CIB team in Milan, based in our flagship 27 story tall building in the center of Milan. Our office offers an exciting working environment surrounded by experienced professionals covering all asset classes and clients in Southern Europe. We are a very close team of around 35 people, all working closely together. The office is also very conveniently located next to the main train station connecting Milan to the rest of Italy and Europe. One last thing From the office, there is also an amazing view of the all city as we are on the 23rd floor, making it one of the most desirable location in Milan. **The next steps?** The job is very entrepreneurial and there is a lot to learn every day from our colleagues and from our customers. You have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included) within an investment bank and have a solid knowledge of financial markets. You have also excellent Microsoft Office skills, using Excel's built-in VBA programming language. You speak English. Spanish and/or Italian language skills would be an advantage. You are rigorous and able to adapt to a changing environment. You demonstrate effective communication and good teamworking skills as well as a proactive approach.
