**Posizione**:
Mediobanca's Equity Derivatives and Convertible Trading desk manages proprietary positions on Equity Derivatives (mainly Options) and Equity Linked products. Activity consists mainly in:

- Management of Equity Linked Bonds portfolios through different strategies and instruments;
- Volatility and directional trading through options on indices and single stocks.
- work closely with traders to assist decision making and increase efficiency in trading
- perform other support duties implementing internal reporting files on risk and PNL and using pricing analytics/position keeping system.

The intern will be given comprehensive training around cross assets products and enjoy a unique on-the-job experience.

**Requisiti**:

- solid quantitative background and strong programming skills/experience
- advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- good knowledge of financial markets and strong desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
- strong desire to learn, proactivity, ability to build relationships in team environments
- fluency in English and Italian
