**This position reports to**:
Finance Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will play a key role in financial control within the Robotics Division in Italy, examining financial results, coordinating the preparation of performance reports and commenting on financial statements In this role you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders in evalutating the impact of major decisions. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics Division in Sesto San Giovanni. You will be mainly accountable for: - Driving and facilitating financial planning processes and activities - Supporting the implementation of standardized processes and tools in support of financial planning activities - Working with key members of the business to identify areas for improvement and to propose corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives - Aiding initiatives to achieve excellence in financial control and process improvement - Facilitating the dissemination of knowledge and best practices within the Finance community - Organizing and delivering training on various tools and processes

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, Management engineering
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- You have experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP and Abacus Analyzer.
- You have outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
