Sisal is looking for a CVM Platform Associate Manager. The position lies within the area of International Online Development which works for the development and improvement of our international online gaming market.

The CVM Platform Associate Manager will work on those activities and projects related with our customer value development strategy and customer satisfaction.

Key Activities:

- Defining the product roadmap & the product backlog;
- Support in writing User Requirements & User Stories;
- Coordinating with Product Teams to define and plan the launch of new games;
- Participating in the sprint plannings to define the development process;
- Running internal UATs with all relevant teams (e.g. UX/UI, Account team).

Your profile:

- 5 years of experience as Business Analyst/Project Manager/Product Manager working with customer-facing digital products;
- Master’s degree (economics, management, technical background preferred);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Extremely detail-oriented;
- Proactive and engaging;
- Self-organizing and able to work according to goals and strict schedules;
- Effective in managing stress and self-energy;
- Excellent English language proficency (C1/C2) both written and spoken;
- French - nice to have;
- Excellent knowledge and mastering of Excel and PowerPoint.

Place of work: Italy, Rome or Milan.
