- Approximately 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

**A Day in the Life of a Visual Merchandising Specialist**:

- Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
- Guarantee Retail VM to increase sales, get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience
- Collaborate with marketing team to produce new window displays, signs, interior displays, videos and special promotions displays
- Adapt displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Managing, planning and organizing Campaign and specifics installation and interventions
- Training and working relationship with VM Boutique community
- Control, update, monitor and manage budget

**What else will make you successful?**
- Ability to create and manage projects & budgets
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and be able to prioritize.
