We are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee for our office in Corbetta (MI); the person will join the Material Management Team of Marelli Motorsport for a 6 months internship.

Marelli Motorsport develops, produces and sells parts, systems and services for 2 and 4-wheel racing vehicles, supplying all the top teams in all the most important motorsport world championships.

The Material Management team is part of Supply Chain Department inside Marelli Motorsport and is focused on developing the actions needed to ensure adequate stock management and production planning.

The Supply Chain Trainee will support the Material Management team in the following activities:

- Tracking and monitoring activities related to critical components delivery with the aim to speed up the supply chain flows and meet customer’s deadlines, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a connection point for Motorsport Italian plants (Corbetta, Venaria Reale, Bologna);
- Keep internal database and tools constantly updated;
- Elaborate and maintain analysis and ad hoc reports about orders, stock levels, logistics transactions and other Material Management KPIs;

The trainee will also be involved in the designing and implementation of a new tool to monitor stock forecasts for all plants and components (from raw materials to finished products) of Marelli Motorsport.
- Degree in Engineering or Economics;
- Fluent Italian, good English;
- Master in Office Package (in particular Excel);
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus.

We are looking for a person who is accurate, able to manage multiple tasks, reliable, details oriented, analytical and who can handle stress.

For this position it may be required to travel to Venaria Reale or to Bologna. The role is eligible for few days of smart working per month, according to Company’s dedicated policy.
