**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.

- Foster a culture of safety within the workforce, promoting awareness and commitment to HSE standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of [10 years] experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Here are some common job duties for a Rig HSE Manager:
1. **Safety Management**: Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems and policies.
2. **Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. **Training and Development**: Organize and provide HSE training programs for all personnel to enhance awareness and compliance with safety practices.
4. **Incident Investigation**: Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze causes, and prepare reports with recommendations for prevention.
5. **Emergency Preparedness**: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness for any incidents.
6. **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.
7. **Reporting**: Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
8. **Promote Safety Culture**: Foster a safety-first culture among employees, encouraging proactive engagement in safety practices.
9. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to safety and environmental management.
10. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on HSE trends and regulations, continuously improving HSE practices and performance.
Pay: From €1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Roma, Lazio: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
