The International Studies Institute Florence (ISI Florence), an independent private educational organization serving as an American center for higher education, is seeking a Housing Assistant to join its staff in Florence.

The Housing Assistant will support the Assistant Director for Student Housing & Facility Management in the main areas of activity, including:

- assist with the selection of housing and housing assignments process;
- assist students and faculty with arrivals, check-in, orientation and housing policies and procedures;
- visit apartments regularly;
- facilitate ongoing repairs and maintenance as needed;
- assist with overall student services;
- be available for periodic Emergency Phone duties (24/7)
- assist with reports on activities (stats, summaries) for efficacy, quality control and self-assessment of student and faculty housing;
- make recommendations for improvements.
- other tasks commensurate with student services.
- fluency in English and Italian;
- ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented, and independently make decisions;
- excellent interpersonal and organization skills;
- knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

**Salary**: €1,200.00 - €1,800.00 per month
