**PARAGON 700 BOUTIQUE HOTEL & SPA is looking for a FRONT & Back Office agent**

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a warm and personalized welcome to every guest, ensuring a seamless check-in, stay, and check-out experience
- Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for rooms, dining, and hotel services
- Handle reservations and inquiries with a focus on converting leads into bookings
- Monitor and support the hotel’s social media presence by engaging with guests online, encouraging reviews, and sharing content in line with brand standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback both onsite and digitally
- Support back-office administration and coordination across departments to deliver a flawless 5-star service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations preferred
- Strong sales and upselling skills with proven results in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in PMS management system **DirectHoliday**, Booking engine **SimplyBooking** and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging personality
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in brand reputation
- Professional appearance, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage

Contract: Full time

Duration: Seasonal (mid April to end of October) with possibility to renew or extend

**Experience**:

- Professional experience in a 5* Boutique Hotel and minimum 2 years in the same position (mandatory)
